Are you unhappy with HollandZorg or the service we provide? We'd like to hear from you. At HollandZorg, we take your complaints seriously. We will do our very best to help you to the best of our ability and to find a good solution for everyone involved. We'll also use your feedback to make improvements.
Here's how to file your complaint
Online complaints form
Please fill out the online complaints form (above) to make a complaint. Upon sending it, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. One of our complaints officers will contact you personally within 3 working days to confirm we have received your complaint in good order and to inform you of the complaints number. Your complaint will be dealt with within 6 weeks.
